Before you call
How long does the visit take?
Usually 45 to 90 minutes depending on the size of the house and how much you want to cover. We tell you the estimate when we book it.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. If you happen to have floor plans, model numbers for existing equipment, or a recent power bill, it makes the conversation sharper — but none of it is required.
How quickly do we get the quote?
Normally within two to three business days, in writing, with parts, quantities and a suggested phasing.
Can we just get advice?
Yes. Plenty of people call us before a remodel to work out what to rough in. We are happy to do that.
